  • Work closely with studio and content teams to bring ideas to life efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Review all outgoing creative with a strong creative lens, consistently pushing for thumb‑stopping, best‑in‑class execution.
  • Create content directly when required (copywriting, visual direction, memes, lo‑fi edits, Tik Tok‑style executions).
  • Attend shoots to provide social‑first direction, ensuring content aligns with platform behaviours and is optimised for hooks, edits, and multiple versions.
  • Write and refine platform‑native copy, including captions, hooks, edit notes and alt text where relevant.
  • Community Management & Audience Feedback Loop
  • Actively manage communities across platforms with a strong understanding of tone, subcultures and conversation drivers.
  • Identify high‑potential comments, conversations or threads and turn them into content opportunities.
  • Monitor audience response and sentiment, feeding insight back into creative development to continuously improve performance.

  • Contribute to social strategies, campaign playbooks and tone‑of‑voice guidelines through a creative and platform‑native lens.
  • Bring culturally relevant, platform‑aware ideas into client meetings, campaign planning and strategy sessions.
  • Support new business responses with social creative thinking, rapid concepts, cultural insight and presentation materials.
  • Collaborate closely with account management, strategy and studio teams to ensure creative excellence at every stage of delivery.
  • Creative Standards & Ways of Working
  • Champion a social‑first mindset across all work, ensuring content is built for platforms rather than adapted to them.
  • Maintain a high bar for creative quality, consistency and performance across all outputs.
  • Balance reactive, real‑time content with planned campaign work effectively.
  • Operate at pace without compromising on insight, craft or strategic alignment.
