Are you an Experienced Registered Manager of Domiciliary Care? If so, we’ve got a great opportunity to be part of something new and help to build a busy and thriving business. My client has recently secured CQC registration to provide quality-focused domiciliary care within Manchester and East Cheshire and are looking for a Registered Manager to join them. It’s a great challenge to be part of something new, you’ll be able to create processes within the business to how you see best, recruit your own team of staff rather than inherit, set the bar in terms of care quality and delivery and feel proud of what you achieve as the business grows and flourishes. You’ll be working with the Nominated Individual and initially you’ll need to be willing to 'wear many hats’ as you assume responsibility for all aspects of managing the domiciliary care; new client assessment, creating care plans, recruiting and managing staff, coordinating the rota and ensuring that all documentation and employment checks meet CQC compliance. As the business grows you’ll be able to take on supervisory staff such as a Care Coordinator/FCS.
