Registered Manager

For the first time in a long time, my client are looking to recruit for a Registered Manager for their Domiciliary Care agency in Gillingham. Independent with a passion for delivering expert care and support to vulnerable adults, their mission is ensure that people can remain living at home with a care package tailored to their individual needs. As the Registered Manager you’ll be taking on a well-established and productive agency that delivers circa 2500 – 3000 hours of care per week across the Medway area. You’ll maintain their already positive reputation ad good rating with CQC whilst looking to consistently improve the services that they deliver. On offer is an attractive salary of £34,000 – £40,000, plus bonus scheme of up to £5000 per year, 25+8 days annua leave, 5% pensions and occupational sick pay.
