Our Heathrow based Freight client (Air and Road) are looking for Operations Specialist and an Operations Manager to join a busy team.
The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operational performance across air freight, road freight, AOG, cross-trade and time critical shipments. Managing the UK Operations and 3PL team in London LHR.
Operations Manager Experience Required- 5+ years operational experience in air freight, aviation logistics, AOG, or time-critical freight.
- Strong BoxTop or similar FMS experience.
- Manage and oversee time-critical shipments (AOG, NFO, hand-carry, engines, APUs, parts, spares).
- Coordinate with airlines, handlers, agents, and ground transport partners to ensure seamless end-to-end execution.
- 3-5 years experience in freight forwarding, aviation logistics, AOG/time-critical movements, or similar.
