Position Summary

We are looking for an organised, proactive and team-player Styling Assistant to join our London based Photoshoot team. The candidate will have an interest in fashion e-commerce photoshoots and will be keen on understanding and developing their skill set of wardrobe organisation and support of stylists.

Job Responsibilities

  • Organise and maintain the styling wardrobe and inventory document
  • Assist with general studio duties
  • Support the Styling Manager with administrative work, keeping all spreadsheets accurately filled and relevant data recorded
  • Support Stylists and Styling Manager in creating purchases order documents, placing orders and monitoring their delivery and returns
  • Steam clothing and pull styling clothing and accessories from the wardrobe
  • Shadow Stylists on set, learning brands’ specificities and different clothing range fit when required
  • Market research and trends reports production
  • Communicate workflow status and concerns to the Styling Manager and other relevant team members
  • Ensure the photo studio is organised from previous photoshoots and ready to accommodate upcoming ones
  • Provide support to on-set Stylists
  • Go on location shoots if assistance is required
  • Sample tracking, receival and checking when the Sample Coordinator is on annual leave

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a styling assistant is advantageous
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised
  • Be knowledgeable about current fashion trends and have a good fashion sense
  • Strong administrative and data-keeping skills
  • Flexible and able to work as part of a team
