VIDEO CONTENT CREATOR/EDITOR
Hybrid (2 x days on site)

Are you a talented, creative videographer? Our client is a leading beauty brand with a cult-like following. Due to phenomenal growth and success, the opportunity to recruit a Video content creator has arisen. The successful candidate will have a strong digital portfolio, a passion for beauty, creativity, video, motion and digital. They are specifically looking for someone who created short-form closeup videos for social media of products only.
Responsibilities
- Focus on macro product shoot in studio and editing.
- Turning round edits and multiple cuts of each piece of content to suit different markets, platforms, and languages.
- Making sure full shot list is captured.
- Manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques.
- Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, subtitles, special effects and producing transcripts.
- Ensuring the content follows a logical sequence and tells a clear story/lands a clear message.
- Creating the final cut for publication.
Requirements
- A keen eye for videography, digital and motion trends, and latest technology and effects.
- An understanding of different brands styles and how to work within different brand guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in video, film studies, cinematography, or related field will be an advantage.
- Previous work experience as a videographer and editor.
- Experience working for a beauty/cosmetic brand would be an advantage.
- Significant experience in digital marketing and videography.
- Portfolio to showcase your product video content (macro shots, with textures etc) created on social media.
