TALA, known for activewear that keeps up with busy lifestyles, has been on a rocket ship since its founding in 2019 by entrepreneur Grace Beverley. TALA recently opened a 2,000-square-foot, double-fronted Store on London’s iconic Carnaby Street as part of our ambitious growth strategy, backed by a recent funding round.

We’re now hiring a Influencer & Events Executive to support across influencer marketing, gifting, community campaigns and brand events. Reporting into the Influencer & Events Manager, you’ll play a vital role in helping us deliver standout brand moments – from always-on creator partnerships to impactful in-person activations. This is the perfect next step for someone with 1–2 years of experience in influencer, PR or event roles who’s ready to build on that foundation and grow with a fast-moving, purpose-led brand.

    • Identify up-and-coming creators aligned with TALA’s brand values and community voice
    • Maintain and update the influencer CRM and help with contact outreach

    • Own gifting fulfilment: liaise with warehouse teams, manage gifting trackers and ensure packaging is brand-aligned
    • Monitor and track incoming UGC and influencer content, saving for repost and reporting
    • Keep an organised log of product allocation across campaigns and gifting tier
    • Help source and brief creators for UGC where required – working closely with the wider brand team
    • Spot strong organic coverage and flag for wider team or potential repost
  • Events & Community
    • Support the planning and delivery of brand and community events – from RSVPs and logistics to on-the-day support
    • Assist with venue sourcing, supplier coordination, and event collateral (e.g. signage, bags, briefing docs)
    • Manage guest list logistics and ensure event prep is smooth and well-organised
    • Be on the ground to support talent, team and general delivery during event
    • Contribute to post-event wrap-ups, content sharing and reporting
  • Team & Project Support
    • Maintain internal trackers, team calendars and shared folders for campaigns, launches and gifting
    • Support with influencer and creator briefs, formatting and delivering where needed
    • Own the admin around deliveries, sample orders and incoming creator requests
    • Help with inbox management and comms where appropriate
    • Regularly contribute creator suggestions and new ideas to campaign planning

Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience in influencer, PR, marketing or brand events (internships or brand-side roles welcome)
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a team-first attitude
  • Passionate about creators, TikTok/Instagram culture, and brand building
  • Creative and curious – with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • A strong interest in fashion, wellness, and values-led brands

Benefits

  • A competitive salary and package

  • Employee discount and allowance on the best sustainable athleisure clothing in the UK
  • Beautiful and bright offices in a historic building in central London (near Vauxhall) with other startups on site

TALA is an activewear brand built to actively solve problems without creating new ones for people, the planet, or anyone else. Every collection prioritises functionality and thoughtful design, combining premium fabrics with multi-way versatility and flattering fits that deliver maximum impact with minimal effort. Each piece is crafted with attention to detail, ensuring women can look and feel their best with ease. When founder Grace Beverley shifted from fast fashion to more sustainable options in her everyday clothing, she found a host of responsibly made options in every category other than activewear.
