We are a leading luxury niche fragrance brand seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social strategy across all platforms. You will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, growing and engaging our audience, and strengthening our digital presence globally.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for managing the brand's social media calendar, overseeing content creation, guiding platform growth, and leading influencer collaborations and community engagement. You will also support wider brand initiatives and campaigns, ensuring our digital voice is consistent and compelling. This is a strategic and hands-on role, working cross-functionally with creative, eCommerce, PR, and product teams to deliver engaging, high-performance content.
SOCIAL STRATEGY & CONTENT LEADERSHIP- Own and implement the global social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube).
- Build and manage a robust content calendar aligned with brand and marketing priorities.
- Execute the social media calendar, managing day-to-day scheduling and publishing of content.
- Ensure timely and consistent delivery of high-quality, on-brand posts across all platforms.
- Set and deliver on key business KPIs for core social channels (Instagram & TikTok) with a focus on growing brand awareness, following and views.
- Oversee the creation of visuals, short-form video, and written content, guiding the creative process and briefing internal/external teams.
- Optimise content per platform and adjust based on performance and current trends.
- Plan and lead content shoots, providing direction and ensuring alignment with brand look and feel.
- Assist in identifying and researching suitable influencer partners.
- Support product send-outs, gifting campaigns, and logistics.
- Maintain influencer tracking spreadsheets and help evaluate performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brief influencers and ensure brand alignment.
- Manage social community interactions across platforms.
- Respond to messages and comments promptly to maintain engagement.
