About the job

De La Vali has an opportunity for a confident and driven individual to join our team as the Ecommerce Manager.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure a seamless online experience, from product merchandising and content creation to financial forecasting and budget management, ultimately aiming to increase revenue and enhance brand perception in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Oversee daily management of the Shopify website, including homepage merchandising, navigation, content, and UX/UI improvements
  • Conduct regular website audits and backend analysis, implementing enhancements to improve performance and conversion
  • Coordinate new product intakes, ensuring timely and accurate product launches online
  • Create and maintain weekly/monthly stock reports (HK, UK, retail, studio) for internal teams and accountants
  • Optimise stock allocation between warehouse and store; manage weeks cover, recuts, and forecasting of bestsellers
  • Oversee returns process and implement customer experience improvements
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, ensuring smooth order fulfilment and reverse logistics
  • Collaborate with warehouse on inbound/outbound product, delays, and stock integrity
  • Oversee customer service team or functions to ensure timely, high-quality resolution and insights
  • Review and improve customer journey touchpoints to ensure a premium brand experience
  • Analyse customer feedback and requests (e.g., back-in-stock alerts) to inform stock and product strategy
  • Produce weekly and monthly ecommerce performance reports and KPIs
  • Lead ecommerce trade meetings with insights, recommendations, and performance reviews
  • Analyse underperforming territories, SKUs, and pages; implement strategies to drive growth
  • Monitor global ecommerce experience and ensure localisation where relevant
  • Own ecommerce growth strategy in partnership with marketing and creative teams. Manage external digital marketing agency
  • Lead CRM and email marketing via Klaviyo – campaigns, flows, segmentation, and A/B testing with external digital marketing agency
  • Manage marketing budget across paid ads, email, affiliates, and promotions
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activations
  • Develop markdown strategy to move seasonal stock while protecting margin
  • Manage homepage, category merchandising, and collections for visual impact and commerciality
  • Forecast and plan recuts of bestsellers
  • Oversee catalogue creation, asset management, and product copywriting
  • Conduct price analysis and monitor alignment with stockists
  • Prepare monthly forecasts for cash flow, ecommerce P&L, and margin review
  • Assist with budgeting for digital marketing, stock, and promotional activity
  • Support finance and operations with stock, returns, and sales reporting

Skills & Experience:-

Proven experience (3–5+ years) in a similar ecommerce role within fashion, ideally premium/luxury

Strong knowledge of Shopify (Shopify Plus experience a bonus)

Proficient in Zedonk, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel

Understanding of CRM, retention strategies, and customer lifecycle

Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering sales growth

Analytical thinker with experience in forecasting, P&L planning, and reporting

Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Passion for fashion, digital innovation, and delivering an exceptional customer experience

Desirable Experience:-

Experience with international ecommerce, including shipping, duties, and localised marketing

Exposure to SEO best practices and site performance tools

Experience working closely with 3PLs and retail stores

Familiarity with merchandising principles, including weeks cover, margin mix, and stock flow

Previous involvement in a Shopify Plus migration or build
