We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Content Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for adapting, creating, and optimising digital content across multiple channels, including social media, email/CRM, websites, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, experience in video and still editing, and a deep understanding of digital media trends.

Location: London (hybrid)

Employment Status: Full time, permanent

Travel: Occasional

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Social Media & Video Production
    • Lead the creation of engaging social content, staying on top of trends to fuel social platforms.
    • Edit short-form and long-form videos, optimising them for various social media and digital formats.
    • Assist in still image editing, ensuring high-quality visuals for all digital touchpoints.
    • Support social shoot production, including briefing, producing, directing, editing, and delivering final assets.
    • Become a social expert within the skincare industry and share insights and learnings with key stakeholders.
  • Content Creation & Adaptation
    • Adapt global brand assets for use across digital channels, ensuring consistency and engagement.
    • Create, design, and format digital content tailored for social media, email marketing, websites, and digital ads.
    • Edit and refine both video and still imagery to align with brand guidelines and platform requirements.
  • Asset & Content Management
    • Maintain and organise digital assets to ensure streamlined content management and accessibility.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure all content aligns with marketing strategies and brand messaging.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years experience with digital content, client or agency side.
  • Able to demonstrate a portfolio of creative projects that delivered results.

Skills & Requirements:

  • TikTok and Instagram native and understands how to work with the algorithm.
  • A social video editor who stays current in their style and likes to push boundaries to get noticed.
  • Proven experience in digital content creation, video editing, and social media content adaptation.
  • Strong knowledge of social media and advertising platforms, trends, and best practices, particularly TikTok, Instagram, Meta.
  • Power user of the following: Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Familiar with: Video Editing Software: Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar; Prototyping Platforms: Figma, Sketch or similar; CRM, CMS & Email Marketing: Ometria, Amplience; Project Management Tools: Monday.com.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in asset management and content organisation is a plus.
