London | Full-Time (4 days at our Marylebone office, 1 day WFH)
About KOIBIRD
KOIBIRD is a high-energy, luxury fashion concept store in Marylebone, known for its bold, unexpected curation of fashion, homeware, and wellness. Our aesthetic is playful, polished, and always ahead of the curve. With the launch of KOI 11, our in-store wellness café, KOIBIRD has evolved into a full 360° lifestyle experience: fashion, wellness, and community under one roof.
The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Design & Social Assistant to join our in-house Creative team.
This is an entry-level role, ideal for a recent design graduate or junior creative eager to gain hands-on experience in design and social media in the luxury fashion space.
You’ll be a dynamic, all-rounder, with a strong foundation of graphic design skills across Adobe and Figma, and a genuine curiosity for how a fashion brand comes to life across social platforms. You’ll work closely with our in-house Designer and Head of Creative to support everything from design campaigns to social media content.
Your day-to-day will include rolling out design assets, assisting with visual storytelling, and supporting the development of KOIBIRD and KOI 11’s social presence through content creation. Expect exposure to design, art direction and social media. This is a role where you’ll learn by doing.
What You’ll Do:
Design & Production Support
- Support the in-house Designer in creating digital, print, and social assets aligned with brand direction
- Help build and maintain brand materials such as lookbooks, catalogues, event collateral, packaging, and signage
- Assist with design updates across the KOIBIRD website
- Design engaging content for KOIBIRD and KOI 11’s Instagram and TikTok
- Liaise with suppliers and printers to ensure timely, high-quality production
Creative & Social Collaboration
- Work with the Head of Creative to maintain visual consistency across social channels
- Assist with social media admin, content scheduling, community management and creative planning after relevant training
- Capture in-store social content for our KOIBIRD store and KOI 11 cafe: coming up with easy to execute, high-performing, socially relevant short form video ideas and seeing it through to the end by video editing.
- Supporting the creation of our monthly social media report by assisting with data input.
Who You Are
- You have a promising portfolio showing your design eye
- You’re proficient in Figma and Photoshop
- You’re obsessed with fashion, tuned into social culture, and inspired by experimentation
- Able to capture and edit social-first videos and photos
- You have a strong eye for typography, layout, and colour
- You’re collaborative, self-starting, and proactive
- You’re based in London and able to work 4 days per week in our Marylebone studio
- Must have the right to work in the UK permanently
