THE ROLE

THE CREATIVE PLANNING & CONTENT DELIVERY

  • Own and manage the creative critical path, overseeing shoot timelines and content delivery across campaign, CRM, ecommerce, digital marketing and social.
  • Manage the Creative Assets Tracker, collaborating with the Creative team and wider departments to ensure content is briefed, produced and delivered on time.
  • Once established by the Head of Creative, manage creative briefs for all brand functions, from digital marketing and CRM to brand activations and ecommerce projects.
  • Support in the execution of creative shoots – including campaigns, ecommerce, social and still life – ensuring final assets align with creative direction and brand strategy.

ECOMMERCE IMAGERY MANAGEMENT

  • Manage the production of ecommerce content including briefing, directing and approving flat lay product imagery ready for final sign-off.
  • Lead ecommerce shoots end-to-end: overseeing and managing model bookings and locations, building and running the schedule, overseeing shoot days, and briefing final imagery edits.
  • Campaign & Drop Asset Ownership
  • Manage all CRM content – from weekly newsletters to email marketing campaigns – continuously elevating our creative output.
  • Lead the development and approval of release and drop sheets independently.
  • Manage paid digital marketing visuals and campaign assets, delivering final visuals to the Head of Digital.

TEAM LEADERSHIP

  • Line manage Senior Creative Content Coordinators – supporting their day-to-day delivery, holding regular 121s, and driving their personal development and progression.
  • Manage the workflow, quality and output of the creative team’s deliverables, ensuring projects are well-resourced, on brief, and on time.
  • Foster a high-performance culture with a strong sense of collaboration, accountability and ambition within the Creative team.

A GOOD FIT LOOKS LIKE…

  • A love for the brand and understanding of our mission!
  • 5+ years of experience in creative production, content management or similar, with strong exposure to both campaign and ecommerce environments.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring direct reports.
  • Strong understanding of the digital content landscape, including CRM, paid social, email and .com.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to balance creative vision with performance-led thinking.
  • Confident project manager with experience in timelines, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Data-literate – ability to interpret creative performance and use insight to inform decisions.
  • Confident owning briefs, working with designers, and managing content approvals.
  • Highly organised, detail-obsessed and able to thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
  • A deep love and understanding of the streetwear scene and youth culture.
  • Based in London.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
