Job Overview: You are responsible for supporting the Women’s Head of Brand and the Creative team on coordinating creative campaigns, brand moments and assets to ensure the continued growth of Jaded London’s brand strategy, online following and digital presence.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Creative: Creative ideation for campaigns / photoshoots, Brand moments (pop-ups), Brand moments (collabs), proposing brands, people, trends and creative pitch decks, physical PR / packaging, joint Brand moments with Menswear.
- Casting / talent: Working with assistant to ensure all castings are uploaded and constant additions are made to maintain a strong talent pool. Building relationships with casting agents and model agents. Networking with creatives to build the Jaded Brand in the industry. Communication and feedback to outside creatives to ensure deadlines are met (photographers, video, freelance producers / creative). Build up a roster of photo + video creatives globally and update this on Miro. Supporting with BTS imagery on set. Video creative focus – shooting + editing, iPhone, VHS, 4k etc.
- Website / e-commerce creative: Work with Graphics team on Jaded campaigns / editions updates on the website through supplying the assets and signing off. Supporting e-commerce team with collection name sign off. Assisting with E-commerce creative strategy. Airtable updates. Dropbox management of Campaign side: Uploading and cataloguing content to Dropbox. Support Graphics & social with creation as required including graphics, videos, reels, and YouTube.
- Research: Contributing to creative meetings, brainstorming ideas and pitching. Ensure the company stays one step ahead of the competition by finding the hottest new talent across all social platforms, including models, props, small businesses, collabs, etc. Regularly highlighting future product and styling trends for our Gen-Z audience – send references over to design.
Requirements:
- Trend-focused with an eye for detail and engaging content.
- Excellent knowledge and skills across all social platforms.
- Good organisational skills and time management with the ability to manage others to a schedule.
- Flexible working approach, diligent and able to adapt to the needs of the team.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as an ambassador for the Jaded brand on shoots and with external talent and their agents/managers.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Experience editing content (stills + video) for social channels using Adobe, Photoshop, TikTok’s tools, Capcut, and Premier Pro.
- Ability to conceptualise and produce viral social and campaign content.
