As the brand expands their digital footprint, we’re seeking a talented Content & Social Media Manager to drive community engagement, craft compelling narratives and produce high-impact content across platforms. This role is key to maintaining the integrity of the brand’s visual identity while driving engagement, visibility and R.O.I.
The Role:
- Own the global social strategy – from planning to execution – with a focus on targeted growth and engagement
- Create standout content – including reels, stories, and campaign visuals that bring the brand’s collections to life
- Collaborate with the right influencers and our PR team to build authentic brand buzz
- Support on shoots and events, helping shape seasonal campaigns and IRL brand moments
- Design branded assets for organic and paid content
- Analyse performance to turn content into measurable impact & feed back R.O.I
About You:
- 4+ years of experience in content and social media, ideally with a luxury womenswear fashion or similar luxury accessories/lifestyle brand, where you have made a tangible difference
- Strategic thinker with hands-on flair and sharp execution skills
- Happy to work autonomously and in collaboration with a wider team, including Ecommerce Manager
- Strong grasp of social platforms, tools, and performance metrics
- Naturally curious as to luxury trends & contemporary luxury fashion-aware
- Experience working with influencers and creating polished brand visuals
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) ideal, but not a dealbreaker
