The predicted salary is between 27000 - 45000 £ per year.
To support the Beauty Buying team to ensure Liberty has the most unique, commercial and press worthy edit of product to drive sales across all channels. Ensure we always have on time deliveries, the best ranges and support the Buying and Merchandising teams with in season trading, daily administrative support and general tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the product hierarchy, ensuring product data is accurate and consistent.
- Order Management, managing the open orders process from creation to delivery.
- Ensuring delivery windows are tracked and updated, managing intake and making PO amendments.
- Building strong relationships internally and with suppliers, contributing to our reputation as a leader in global luxury.
- Responding to all invoice queries, working with the accounts team to resolve and flagging any issues with the Assistant Buyer.
- Working closely with Retail, Ecommerce, Merchandising, Communications and Operations to maximise profitability and to drive sales and sell thru.
- Constant analysis of the business, reporting on best and worst sellers across all channels to maximise sales and minimise risk.
- Working closely with the Merchandising team, managing the sending reorders to ensure optimum replenishment levels.
- Providing general administrative support to the buying team including scheduling, travel arrangements and sample management.
- Supporting the retail team with stock enquiries, brand and product information and launch dates.
- Compiling product bibles and working with the Retail team and Communications to ensure full communication of upcoming launches.
- Working closely with Retail and Communications to plan and execute events.
- Working with Retail to ensure adequate brand and product training is achieved for the sales team.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
You will have a sound understanding of product and market with the ability to identify trends. A keen interest in the beauty sector.
