Role Summary
As the Associate Influencer Manager, you will play a pivotal role in casting and executing influencer campaigns that strengthen our brand awareness and positioning, drive growth, and support commercial objectives through top-funnel activities. This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires balancing global alignment with localized market nuances, particularly focusing on the UK, alongside France, Amsterdam and Copenhagen. Reporting to the Associate Director of Brand Marketing, you will oversee the brand ambassador program as well as ideate and lead key influencer strategies across seasonal campaigns.
What You’ll Be Doing
Influencer Strategy & Execution
- Develop and manage the influencer ambassador program across UK and European markets
- Create innovative influencer marketing strategies that are in line with the overall marketing goals.
- Align closely with the merchandise and buying teams to ensure high-priority products and categories are protected and showcased effectively in influencer content.
- Manage end-to-end influencer relationships including casting, briefing, contracting, negotiating, and execution
- Identify and engage with talent who align with our target audience and brand values.
- Manage the influencer and gifting budget and provide regular reports on performance including monthly, quarterly and campaign wrap-up reports
Content Creation & Amplification
- Ensure production of high-quality content that reflects the brand’s identity
- Amplify UGC across platforms (meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube) to drive awareness, and click-through rates
- Maximize influencer impact at both large-scale brand activations and community-focused events.
- Plan and execute influencer-driven activities at events to amplify visibility and brand impact.
Collaboration & Market Insight
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams such as social media, affiliate, creative, events and PR to align strategies, identify cross-over opportunities, and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Tailor campaigns for cultural relevance in UK, French, and Dutch audiences with a goal to engage with well positioned ambassadors who have a genuine love for the brand.
- Working collaboratively with our French and Danish PR agencies to execute strategy
- Partner with the paid media team to identify and optimize UGC content for paid campaigns, ensuring cohesive messaging across organic and paid channels
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in influencer marketing within the fashion or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong understanding of the UK influencer landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to manage successful influencer campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for compelling content and brand storytelling.
- Ability to grasp future social trends and act proactively.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to travel to key markets as needed.
