What we’re looking for:
- As a weekend Team Leader, you’ll be a confident and reliable motivator who thrives in a hands‑on role.
- You’ll lead by example, ensuring the team delivers excellent customer service while maintaining high standards in food and drink preparation.

Your experience:
- Prior hospitality or a customer‑facing role
- Experience preparing food and drinks in a fast‑paced environment
- Knowledge of food hygiene (FH Level 2 certificate is a bonus)
What you’ll do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile
- Lead the daily setup and close‑down of equipment (e.g., coffee machines, juicers)
- Oversee food and drink preparation, including coffee, juices, smoothies, bagels
- Maintain the highest hygiene standards throughout the day
- Support and train team members to ensure smooth operations
- Serve and clear tables, keeping the venue clean and inviting
- Oversee accurate record & report keeping, labelling & break planning
