Clio is seeking an IT Specialist to join our IT Squad in Manchester with a hybrid setup (2 days in the office).
You will provide world-class IT support to Clio employees globally, manage inbound tickets, document troubleshooting steps, and assist onboarding with access to systems and tools. You will maintain hardware inventory and work with Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, and MAC across 2500+ endpoints.
