Themis Recruit are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join our client, a reputable legal team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of property-related disputes, providing expert legal advice and representation to a variety of clients. This role requires a deep understanding of property law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle complex litigation matters.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE (approximately).
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated high diligence in producing consistently high-quality work and documentation.
- Flexible Approach: Ability to work flexibly to meet client deadlines and ensure regular and consistent communication with clients.
- Business Development: Interest in and aptitude for business development activities.
- Technical Skills: Excellent computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of seniority effectively, as well as liaise with internal departments and external contacts.
- Organizational Skills: Good organisational abilities, including prioritising tasks, making decisions, and working efficiently in a sometimes-pressurised environment.
