Themis Recruit is looking for a Property Disputes Solicitor for an international Law Firm. The successful candidate will handle a variety of property-related disputes, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in property litigation, exceptional analytical abilities, and a proactive approach to managing complex legal issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload of property disputes, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, leasehold disputes, and property contract disputes.
  • Legal Advisory: Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients on a wide range of property-related issues.
  • Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Represent clients in court, tribunals, and alternative dispute resolution forums, including mediation and arbitration.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.

Requirements
