The hiring team focuses on advising highnetworth individuals with assets between 5m and 20m handling a variety of private client matters such as: Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney Lifetime and succession planning Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Capital Gains Tax (CGT) planning Estate administration Creation and management of trusts Key Responsibilities: As an Associate you will: Manage a varied caseload of private wealth matters Establish yourself as a trusted expert and build longterm client relationships Mentor and support junior team members Participate in marketing and business development activities to help grow the team This role offers significant professional development and growth opportunities within a supportive and collaborative team environment. Requirements A qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Wealth Ideally 47 years of experience managing private client matters though we re open to candidates who are ready to step into an Associate role Strong interest in business development and marketing activities Clear and empathetic communication skills particularly when working with clients going through emotionally challenging situations A collaborative teamoriented approach with a passion for achieving the best outcomes for clients We embrace flexible working and are open to considering different working patterns though this role is primarily fulltime with a mix of office and remote work.
