Due to continued growth, Themis Recruit are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Litigation Solicitor to join this outstanding team. You will assist in a wide range of contentious property matters while working closely with highly experienced partners and associates in a supportive and high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act on behalf of a wide variety of clients in relation to property-related disputes.
- Manage a caseload under supervision across residential and commercial sectors.
- Assist senior lawyers with complex disputes involving:
- Lease renewals and terminations.
- Rent arrears and service charge recovery.
- Building safety and cladding claims.
- Rights of way and rights of light.
- Party wall disputes and boundary issues.
- Telecoms and Electronic Communications Code issues.
Requirements
- UK-qualified solicitor with 1–3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in property litigation.
- Strong academic background and excellent drafting skills.
- Sound knowledge of landlord and tenant law, property law, and civil procedure.
