Themis Recruit is seeking a qualified solicitor or experienced caseworker to join a Mental Health team in London. You will manage a caseload of mental health matters, including advocacy before the First-tier Tribunal, attendance at Hospital Managers Hearings, and liaising with clients, professionals, and families.
You will review medical records, uphold clients’ rights under the Mental Health Act 1983, and participate in CPA meetings, with occasional travel to hospitals.
