Our client is currently looking for an experienced Employment Associate (2+ PQE) to join their growing Employment team based in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside rising talent within a close-knit and highly collaborative team.

This role offers a dynamic mix of contentious and advisory employment work, along with a clear development path, regular client contact, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to long-term client relationships. Requirements

  • Handle a varied caseload including tribunal litigation, employee relations advice, and broader employment advisory matters.
  • Work directly with employer clients across a wide range of sectors, supporting them on complex and business-critical employment law issues.
  • Play a key role in ongoing client relationships, contributing to business development and the delivery of commercially focused solutions.
  • Collaborate with a national team of employment experts and specialists in advocacy, corporate transactions, and business immigration.
  • Receive hands-on guidance and mentoring while being given the space to develop your own professional voice and client approach.

This is a hybrid role offering flexible working arrangements, typically three days in the office and two days working from home.
