Themis Recruit is seeking a skilled Corporate Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join our clients dynamic Corporate Team. As a successful applicant, you will work closely with their Head of Corporate and assist on a wide range of corporate transactional matters. You will have direct client contact, manage your own caseload, and contribute to business development within the team and the wider firm.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with various corporate transactions, including business and share acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs, corporate refinancing, and group reorganisations.

Advise investee companies and handle share buybacks.

Take responsibility for your own corporate workload while collaborating with the team.

Participate in business development activities within the Corporate Team and across the firm.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional client care.
