The Role
As a Senior Associate in our Corporate team, you will:
Lead on a range of corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, venture capital, management buyouts, restructurings, and capital markets work.
Work alongside partners and other senior colleagues on complex and high-value deals, often cross-office or cross-discipline.
Take primary responsibility for running transactions and managing client relationships.
Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting their technical and professional growth.
