The Role

As a Senior Associate in our Corporate team, you will:

Lead on a range of corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, venture capital, management buyouts, restructurings, and capital markets work.

Work alongside partners and other senior colleagues on complex and high-value deals, often cross-office or cross-discipline.

Take primary responsibility for running transactions and managing client relationships.

Mentor and develop junior team members, supporting their technical and professional growth.

Play an active role in business development, client engagement, and thought leadership within the team and wider firm.

About You

We are looking for a talented and motivated Corporate lawyer with:

At least 4 years\’ post-qualification experience in corporate law.

A strong track record of advising on corporate transactions, ideally gained at a leading regional, national, or City firm.

A commercial and client-centric approach, with the confidence to manage matters and build relationships.

An interest in mentoring others and contributing to the growth and culture of the team.

A collaborative mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional client service.
