Themis recruit are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our clients growing team. As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling cases related to medical malpractice, ensuring that clients who have suffered harm due to healthcare negligence receive expert legal representation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical negligence law, possess excellent analytical and communication skills, and be committed to obtaining justice for clients affected by medical errors.

Client Consultation:

  • Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess the viability of clinical negligence claims.
  • Provide clear and comprehensive legal advice to clients regarding their potential cases.

Case Management:

  • Investigate and analyse medical records, evidence, and relevant documentation.
  • Build and manage a caseload of clinical negligence cases, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with medical experts, witnesses, and other professionals to gather necessary information.

Legal Research and Analysis:

  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents related to clinical negligence.
