The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical negligence law, possess excellent analytical and communication skills, and be committed to obtaining justice for clients affected by medical errors.
Client Consultation:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess the viability of clinical negligence claims.
- Provide clear and comprehensive legal advice to clients regarding their potential cases.
Case Management:
- Investigate and analyse medical records, evidence, and relevant documentation.
- Build and manage a caseload of clinical negligence cases, ensuring deadlines are met.
