Lead Product Designer (Design Systems)
We are seeking a visionary Lead Product Designer to guide our design tokens, canvas interaction paradigms, and developer-first design systems.
What You Will Do
- Define and scale Theme Framer's global design system across web, studio canvases, and marketing platforms.
- Design intuitive micro-interactions, responsive layouts, and multimodal prompt interfaces.
- Partner closely with frontend engineering to ensure pixel-perfect parity between Figma and code.
- Conduct user research sessions with enterprise software creators and CTOs.
What We Are Looking For
- 6+ years of product design experience in developer tools, complex SaaS dashboards, or design software.
- Expert knowledge of Figma, design token architecture, and modern CSS/Tailwind principles.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex generative workflows into intuitive UI flows.
- Strong portfolio showcasing system design and interaction craft.
Bonus Qualifications
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and React component anatomy.
