Referred to as maybe “the last great independent concept store in the world” (Highsnobiety) it has continued to push the boundaries ever since. Located in Dalston in the lower levels of a former boxing club, the space is truly unique and one of a kind, housing retail, a library, and a club all under one roof. LN-CC connects innovators from fashion, music, and art to transform our brand and our space into a cultural and social hub. LN-CC are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Social Media & Community Specialist responsible for scaling LN-CC’s social channels maintaining brand integrity and cultural credibility. The role combines creative instinct with performance insight – building engaging, platform-native content that grows reach, drives engagement, and converts audience into community and customers. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both luxury fashion culture and the mechanics of growth.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a clear growth strategy aligned with LN-CC’s brand positioning.
- Identify audience growth opportunities across all content formats.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimise content based on data insights.
- Implement tactics to drive follower growth, engagement rate, reach and conversion.
- Write captions aligned with LN-CC’s tone of voice.
- Manage content calendar and posting schedule.
- Build and nurture engaged fashion-forward community.
- Engage with followers, collaborators, and industry voices.
- Identify relevant cultural conversations and moments.
- Proactively seek creator collaborations and amplification opportunities.
- Track all key KPI’s and provide weekly and monthly performance insights.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years’ experience managing social media accounts in fashion, luxury, or culturally driven brands.
- Proven track record of growing social accounts.
- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm mechanics.
- Strong visual eye aligned with LN-CC values.
- A strong understanding of LN-CC and its positioning in the market.
- Ambitious, passionate, and driven with a strong work ethic.
