The predicted salary is between 12 - 12 Β£ per hour.
The Lifeguard will ensure the best levels of service are achieved for our customers through offering a friendly, clean and safe facility.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in the swimming facility.
- Monitor and supervise swimmers at all times.
- Enforce safety rules and respond to incidents.
- Assist with cleaning, maintenance and preparation of areas and equipment as appropriate.
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS check.
- First Aid at Work (desirable).
- Ability and understanding of how to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and also to all levels of staff.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented approach, able to work across organisation boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of staff and colleagues.
- Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry.
- Ability to work flexibly and understand instructions from managers.
- Ability to swim competently (additional coaching available if required).

Casual hours, as and when required.
