LADbible Group has partnered with one of the world's biggest brands to create bold, breakthrough content. We're looking for an experienced Account Director who is passionate about leading world‑class, social‑first campaigns. This role will oversee the day‑to‑day planning, project management and execution of creator content and publisher partnerships through the lens of generative AI, powered by AI and cutting‑edge technology. The Account Director will be the engine behind our content machine, ensuring assets are delivered to an exceptional standard, on time, on budget and on brief. Strong client‑handling skills are required to foster transparent and trusting relationships internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex projects from pre‑production through to final delivery, balancing client, creative and business needs and keeping workflows light and timelines on track.
  • Manage client expectations and communications with confidence, building strong, honest relationships and staying one step ahead with a solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Effectively manage resource and scheduling concerns, providing proactive solutions where required.
  • Oversee all project documentation including rolling workflow decks, project trix and budget trackers.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, talent and post teams to deliver seamless work from concept to delivery.
  • Ensure all content adheres to platform guidelines, legal standards, brand requirements, and usage rights.
  • Implement streamlined processes for production tracking, approvals and asset management.

Key Qualifications

  • Significant experience as a client‑facing Account Director, preferably within a social‑first environment.
  • Strong experience in delivering complex and challenging projects, specifically across social video and creator content.
  • Thorough knowledge of core project management skills, including the ability to brief teams, understand timelines, develop clear and concise presentations and daily actions.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to lead and nurture members of the team.
  • Comfortable in building strong and constructive relationships with clients based on honesty and trust.
  • Comfortable in fast‑paced, creative environments with the ability to bring teams together to deliver the right solution whilst being agile.
  • Expertise in AI‑generated content in social or other production fields.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator trends, and audience behavior.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
