The Kite Factory is an independent media agency that gives brands the best in Heart, Art, and Science to craft creative media ideas that deliver. With a rich heritage in measurement, TKF combines data-driven insights and craft planning to deliver media effectiveness that drives measurable growth for clients.

We exist because we saw a gap in the market. A gap between ideas and measurement. Anyone can have a good idea, but they don't necessarily know how to measure it. Conversely, just because you can measure things, it's no guarantee you can have good ideas. Well, we do both.

We're a dynamic team of creative visionaries, professional achievers, and data enthusiasts, all driven by a passion for delivering tangible results. Now with over 100 media specialists, The Kite Factory has experienced remarkable growth over the past five years. We have celebrated multiple new business and award-winning campaigns, earning the title of Campaign's Independent Agency of the Year 2024. Our workplace culture shines as we rank among Campaign's Best Places to Work and hold IPA Platinum status, reflecting our commitment to the development and well-being of our people.

We're on the hunt for an ambitious, proactive and creative New Business & Marketing Executive to help shape how The Kite Factory shows up in the market. You'll be joining a small but mighty team responsible for raising our profile, winning new clients, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects our values and quality.

This role suits someone with 1–2 years' experience in marketing or new business (ideally within a media or creative agency) who's ready to take on more responsibility, run with ideas, and make things happen. You'll bring energy, curiosity and an eye for detail - someone who thrives on variety, can balance creative thinking with strong organisation, and takes pride in delivering brilliant work.

You will:

  • Be a creative problem solver with a can-do attitude
  • Be a forward thinker and manage your time to deliver brilliant work
  • Be a visible member of the agency and a contributing member of the team
  • Have an eye for detail to ensure the highest quality outputs
  • Have the passion, drive and tenacity to make a difference!

This is a fantastic step-up role for someone ready to move beyond coordination and take real ownership of marketing and new business projects in one of the UK's most awarded independent media agencies.

The Marketing & New Business Executive will play a key role in supporting and executing marketing and prospecting activity that builds TKF's profile and delivers agency growth. You will bring marketing activities, events, and pitch projects to fruition, handling daily organisation and ensuring our materials, content, and processes remain top-notch.

Reporting to the New Business & Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in executing our marketing and new business activity - supporting campaigns, events, content and pitches that build The Kite Factory's reputation and fuel growth.

Marketing responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of TKF's annual marketing plan and campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day social media activity (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), developing content that drives engagement

  • Maintain and evolve TKF's credentials library, case studies and new business trackers
  • Research and create detailed company and sector overviews for prospective clients
  • Support proactive outreach and intermediary relationship management
  • Track and report new business performance and pipeline progress

Skills and experience:

  • 1–2 years' experience in a marketing, comms or new business role (agency-side preferred)
