We are looking for an ETL Engineer with a strong analytics engineering focus to work within our FlightDeck infrastructure, ensuring data is arriving reliably, well‑modelled, and analysis‑ready for planners, strategists, and clients. You will be responsible for maintaining and configuring data pipelines in our ETL tool, owning transformations, data models, and metric definitions, and ensuring data can be confidently used across the agency.
Your role includes:
- Maintain and evolve core databases and data pipelines, ensuring data quality, consistency, and trust.
- Build and manage API integrations, working closely with Adverity on new developments.
- Deliver measurement and data integration projects within FlightDeck, from ingestion through to analysis‑ready outputs.
- Own and resolve complex technical support queries.
- Translate high‑level briefs into clear, usable data solutions, including data models and definitions that scale across clients.
- Work directly with clients and internal teams to understand data needs and turn them into practical, scalable implementations.
Skills and experience required:
- 3 years experience in a commercial environment.
- ETL of Advertising data.
- SQL Server database management – including schema design, optimisation, and maintenance beyond querying.
- Working knowledge of scripting.
- Experience shaping data for consistent use in reporting, dashboards, and analysis.
- Online data visualisation platforms.
- An individual who is hands‑on, pragmatic, and stakeholder‑aware.
