Role responsibilities
- To support the delivery of Transport for Wales’ (TfW) brand marketing by coordinating day-to-day campaigns and managing the workflow of the in-house Brand Studio. The role ensures high-quality creative output, alignment with TfW’s brand principles, positioning, and values, and supports insight-driven improvements.
- Deliver brand marketing campaigns and initiatives by planning, coordinating, and activating activity with the Brand Marketing Manager, ensuring alignment with TfW’s brand strategy to drive awareness, consideration, and preference.
- Develop and manage creative assets by briefing internal designers, copywriters, and external agencies with clear instructions, timelines, and feedback, ensuring outputs meet brand standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate the Brand Studio workflow by tracking briefs, prioritising tasks, and managing production schedules so that creative outputs are delivered efficiently and stakeholder expectations are met.
- Align brand and campaign activity across all marketing channels by collaborating with colleagues in Campaigns, Media, and Digital teams to ensure messaging and creative execution are consistent and integrated.
Who we’re looking for
- CIM Level 4 qualification OR equivalent level of experience
- Experience in marketing, brand, or creative campaign coordination.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Welsh Language Skills
The ability to speak/write Welsh would make a great addition to your application, but it is not essential. Transport for Wales supports and promotes the use of the Welsh Language by employees and will encourage them to develop, improve and maintain their Welsh Language skills. We fully support our people who want to improve their Welsh language skills, and personal development for Welsh Language skills are offered in a variety of ways such as online learning, classroom courses and funding attendance at local community courses.
