An exciting opportunity for a multi-skilled Senior Creative to work within the Paramount + Creative team. You will work across integrated marketing campaigns and help support the Creative Director in overseeing a multitude of creative assets including trailers, social assets and key art. We’re a small team with big ambitions and we’re looking for an innovative and adaptable senior creative to join us for a year’s mat cover.
You will be building 360 campaigns, ideating around some of our biggest IP and overseeing work across a variety of different platforms. The Senior Creative will report into and work closely with P+ Creative Director to ensure P+ creative strategy and tone of voice cuts through across all mediums in a crowded UK marketplace. A crucial role within the dept, you will contribute a strong creative style and tone of voice that will enhance the brand across all touchpoints.
What will you be doing?
You will have a proven track record of implementing great ideas. You should have solid experience in a creative lead role, working with senior staff in a complex multi-stakeholder environment. You will be highly visual, with excellent presentation and communication skills. The Senior Creative will lead by example, so you need to be able to demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills. You will be working on a breadth of P+ creative content ranging from on air promotions, off air campaigns, branding, packaging and sponsorship. Ideally we would love our candidate to have editing skills but this isn’t essential. You will work to agreed budgets and timeframes ensuring creative excellence at all times.
