As we continue to expand our in‑house creative capability, Entain Creative is growing to support a broader range of brands, campaigns, and activation‑led ideas. This newly created Creative role reflects that growth and the increasing demand for culturally relevant, socially fluent, and channel‑agnostic ideas that perform across the full customer journey. The Creative will sit at the centre of Entain Creative’s output, working closely with creative directors, social, design, and production teams to bring bold ideas to life. The role requires strong conceptual thinking, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to create work that lives across social, digital, experiential, and brand activations, ensuring our brands connect meaningfully with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop original ideas that translate into integrated, multi‑channel creative for high‑visibility campaigns.
  • Lead digital and social shoots through concepting, pre‑production and onsite direction of talent and crew.
  • Bring brand platforms to life through experiential and activation ideas that connect seamlessly to social and content strategies.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors and cross‑functional teams to elevate creative craft across multiple brands.
  • Shape insight‑driven concepts in partnership with strategy teams, ensuring relevance to audience, platform and brand ambition.

Qualifications

  • Bring proven experience within a digital or integrated agency environment.
  • Demonstrate strong conceptual thinking that adapts across social, digital, experiential and 360° brand campaigns.
  • Confidently lead shoots, working with talent, directors and production crews.
  • Work collaboratively with strategists, planners and social teams to shape audience‑first ideas.
  • Manage multiple briefs with clarity, structure and calm under pressure.

Desired Skills

  • Genuine interest in sports and/or gaming (Poker, Bingo, Casino).
  • Experience working for brands in a regulated sector.
