The Studio Team creates the environment for visions to come to life and ensures they are delivered on time and within scope.
The Studio Team creates, shapes and drives global projects that grow our audience and deliver measurable results, connecting people to stories and lived experiences.
The Studio Lead will be passionate about the work they create by connecting people, process and technology to execute impactful initiatives.

EXPERIENCE: What You Have Done
- The situations that an individual entering the job should have experienced or, at least, to have had some exposure.
- Managed multichannel, global, creative projects end-to-end
- Dissected briefs, created complex project plans and allocated resources to them
- Gained great campaign knowledge across multiple channels (on and off network)
- Worked collaboratively with creative roles, team leaders and subject matter experts
- Built and maintained trusting relationships internally and externally, including at a senior management level
Technical Qualifications
- 7 + years of experience within Creative Services (or similar role)
- Proficient use of workflow management systems
- Understanding of the Adobe Suite

- Independently manage projects (multi-channel, multi-region) end-to-end, including dissecting the brief, creating project plans and allocating resources
- Ensure creative delivery is on time and in line with the objectives in the brief
- Lead and set the team up for success in key meetings to ensure the right challenges are made, everyone is heard, and the next steps are clear
- Support with the evolution of processes and tools
- Forward-plan work coming through the team
- Lead relationships with agencies and external suppliers
- Drive connection between our team and other teams, to solve department and business challenges and ideate to identify opportunities
