About You
You mix the stewardship of big brands with the initiative of a social creative and producer. You’ll ideate and execute brilliant social videos – concept, script, edit and shoot – primarily video for Instagram and TikTok, within those platform’s creative codes. You have a strong eye for detail and craft (even in low fi production) where you understand tweaking a transition or a couple of lines in a script make all the difference online. You understand how social can make and land viral hits but also how social turns up in business results. You also understand how to translate from social codes to big brand ideas – you’ve worked with premium brands, technology, beauty or high fashion aesthetics and with higher level campaign concepts – and are comfortable moving between micro trend led moments to bigger brand and product campaigns. You’ve worked on big and successful brand or content-led social accounts before and helped elevate them – raising the level of social creative output and re-stating the importance of social in the business.
Experience in social, creative or creator roles. Prior experience in amazing socially-led brands, or big brands that have upped their social game. Tech, consumer tech, beauty, home, or innovation-led brand strongly preferred. Confident communicator, skilled at cross-disciplinary teamwork. Flexible, enthused, organised and calm under pressure.
Why This Role?
- Lead ambitious, world-class social work for a truly innovative technology brand.
- Lead multiple social campaigns for new global product launches.
- A unique chance to bring brilliant creative to life at speed, at scale, and with direct impact.
- You’d be working alongside a larger social team who could support concepting, filming, and editing larger pieces to expand Dyson’s content pieces – from mid-form documentaries to content partnerships to one-off activations.
Benefits
- Financial Performance-related bonus scheme.
- Competitive pension scheme.
- Life assurance.
- Discounts on Dyson machines and retail discounts.
- Lifestyle: 27 days’ holiday.
