Ottolenghi is known for vibrant, joyful food, and we want our social media to reflect that. We’re looking for a Head of Digital Content & Social to lead how Ottolenghi shows up across digital platforms, shaping our voice, strategy and storytelling for a global audience. This is a senior, hands‑on role combining strategic oversight with editorial leadership. You will work closely with marketing, PR, editorial and restaurant teams to deliver content that drives engagement, audience growth and meaningful business impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve digital content and social strategy across all platforms
- Ensure content meaningfully supports commercial priorities across grocery, books, delis, restaurants, catering, and collaborations, balancing inspiration with conversion
- Set editorial principles, tone of voice and content direction
- Lead content planning, production and campaigns across Ottolenghi’s verticals
- Act as final editorial sign‑off for key channels
- Build meaningful community engagement and guide how we show up publicly
- Use insight and performance data to inform decisions and optimise content
- Line manage team members and freelancers
About You
- Senior experience in digital content or social within a brand‑led or editorial environment
- Strong editorial judgement and tone‑of‑voice sensitivity
- Confident in leading strategy while staying close to execution
- Comfortable managing senior stakeholders
- Passionate about food, culture and hospitality
