Head of Creative Operations Luxury beauty doesn\'t have to be a squeeze

Before our arrival, high-quality beauty products were only accessible through traditional retail, often at inflated prices. Now, our members can purchase top-tier products from leading labs across France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Japan, Korea, and more, gaining a larger share of the beauty market.

What will you be doing?

• Reporting to the Creative Director, lead the creative production team to deliver high-quality content across all platforms.
• Manage project production from development through post-production and delivery.
• Collaborate with channel teams to align production goals with brand objectives.
• Assess incoming briefs, integrate them into the production pipeline, communicate deadlines, and ensure smooth workflow.
• Develop and oversee production schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor production progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Oversee the production budget, including drafting, negotiating, and managing schedules, cash flow, and plans.
• Manage, develop, and mentor a team of producers.
• Source and manage relationships with vendors and freelancers to optimize resources.
• Implement workflows to streamline production processes.
• Identify potential issues early, develop solutions, and implement them.
• Ensure all outputs adhere to brand guidelines and creative standards.
• Oversee company policies and risk assessments related to productions.

• Experience with digital content, both highly-produced and smartphone-shot.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules and budgets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing talent.
• Expertise in production tools and software, including Asana.
• Understanding of commercial drivers within the industry.
• Experience leading change and adopting new technologies and processes.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and quality commitment.
• Experience collaborating with in-house teams and external vendors.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, adaptable and solution-oriented.

• Experience in beauty and startups is a plus.
