Reporting to the Creative Director, you will lead the creative production team in delivering high-quality content across all platforms. Oversee the production management status of projects from development, preparation, production, and post-production to delivery. Closely collaborate with channel teams to align production goals with brand objectives.
Evaluate incoming briefs to ensure they are implemented into the production pipeline, communicate deadlines, and ensure the smooth running of the content pipeline. Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects. Monitor the progress of production and offer solutions to any management problems that may arise.
Oversee the production budget, including drafting and negotiating project budgets, schedules, cash-flow, and production plans. Manage, develop, and mentor a team of producers. Source and manage vendor and freelancer relationships to optimize resources. Implement efficient workflows to streamline production processes.
Identify issues early, develop solutions, and implement them. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and creative standards across all outputs. Oversee the implementation of company policies and risk assessments on all productions.
