Stripe & Stare launched 8 years ago. We are a fast-growing, sustainable fashion business, known for making the most comfortable knickers in the world, from trees! Alongside our āflagshipā knickers, we also sell supremely comfortable PJs, bras, and other clothing layers. Our business is primarily e-commerce based, selling D2C in the UK and abroad, with a growing US market. Our customers also buy direct from our wholesale network partners including Selfridges and multiple independent boutiques in the UK and Nordstrom and Shopbop in the US.

You will be the guardian of the brandās aesthetic, ensuring that every touchpointāfrom social media to physical pop-upsāis āInstagram-ready,ā sustainable, and commercially impactful.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Creative Vision: Drive bold, innovative concepts for brand campaigns and product launches; Transform briefs into standout ideas that capture attention and stay true to brand DNA.
- Be the Brand Guardian: Oversee every piece of creative output to ensure itās polished, premium, and consistent; Keep the brand identity elevated across all channelsāno compromises.
- Timelines: Own the schedule and delivery of all creative assets; Keep projects moving smoothly so campaigns hit the market on time, every time.
- Collaborate on Show-Stopping Shoots: Partner with the Creative Director to craft shoot concepts that wow; Plan and execute production so every image tells the right story.
- Roll Out the Brand Refresh: Bring the updated brand look and feel to life across every touchpoint: Ensure the refresh feels seamless, modern, and unmistakably āus.ā
- Mentor and Motivate: Guide the Junior Graphic Designer with clear priorities and growth plans; Foster creativity and confidence so the team thrives.
Role Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in a senior creative/design role, preferably within fashion, branded retail, or a high-growth consumer startup.
- Attitude: Highly organised, calm under pressure and obsessively detail-focused. Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
- Technical: Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Creative Culture: You understand that great creative only works if the logistics and operations behind it are aligned. You are a natural bridge-builder.
- Communication: Exceptional communication, collaboration and presentation skills. You can āsellā a creative vision to stakeholders and simplify complex ideas for the wider team.
