An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Graphic Designer to join the Karen Millen creative team. The role involves working collaboratively with the wider creative and design team to deliver world-class content across all channels. The designer will develop creative assets for the brand, supported by a retouch team and production team, and will work closely with departments such as Marketing, Digital, Product, and Buying. As part of the Creative team, you will help shape the direction of the Karen Millen brand. The scope of projects is broad, encompassing everything seen by millions of customers across web, social media, email, campaigns, PR, and events.
What you’ll be doing:
- Continuously evolve and improve the creative aesthetic of the Karen Millen brand to maintain industry-leading design standards.
- Collaborate with a junior graphic designer to deliver all business-as-usual (BAU) design assets on time and to a high standard.
- Work closely with the Creative Lead and wider design team to develop concepts across all touchpoints.
- Implement and review new systems and procedures to improve workflow and planning.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure all design work aligns with brand strategy.
- Act as a brand guardian to ensure consistency across all multi-channel touchpoints.
- Develop creative assets for ad-hoc and seasonal projects, such as press events and direct mail.
