Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential.
That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots.
We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND-01 Alpha - our rapidly developed humanoid platform now running in real industrial pilots - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
About the Role We are looking for a Senior Software Serviceability Engineer to own the software and AI dimension of serviceability for our humanoid robots.
Product Services Engineering makes sure the robot is designed to be maintained — and that when it needs service, it can be diagnosed and repaired quickly, safely, and at low skill in the field.
You will own that mission for everything software: diagnostics, firmware and bootloader serviceability, and the diagnostic content behind our remote-diagnostics (Digital Shadow) platform.
This is a deeply technical, hands‑on role.
You will validate the software and AI dimension of every service procedure before it reaches production, build the diagnostic tooling that lets our Remote Services and Repair Centre teams find faults fast, and act as part of the single engineering interface between Services and R
