About The Role

We're hiring a Personal Brand Lead for our Marketing team based in London.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive personal brand strategy for the founder;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, and influencers;
  • Secure interviews, features, and bylined articles in relevant media outlets;
  • Oversee creation of content such as articles, social media posts, speeches, and thought leadership materials;
  • Identify and arrange speaking opportunities at conferences, forums, and industry events;
  • Prepare the founder for public appearances and media interactions;
  • Monitor and manage the founder’s public image and reputation;
  • Lead social media strategy and ensure consistent, authentic messaging across platforms;
  • Track performance metrics and adjust brand development strategies based on insights.

What We're Looking For:

  • More than 5 years of relevant experience in managing the personal brand of a high-net-worth individual and/or public figure (e.g., personal brand manager, celebrity producer, agent, press officer, PR lead, or similar).
  • Extensive network of Tier-1 and Tier-2 media contacts, event organizers, and bloggers (investor connections are a plus) across the tech, AI, and robotics sectors in the USA, UK, and Europe.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines.
