We’re looking for a talented Employment Law Solicitor to join a progressive and growing legal team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a varied caseload and play a key role in the continued success of a highly respected Employment Department.
You’ll advise on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, working with a mix of individuals and businesses. The role offers real autonomy, strong career development, and the chance to get involved in business development and client training.
Key responsibilities include:- Managing a varied Employment Law caseload independently
- Advising on contracts, policies, and employment documentation
- Representing clients at Employment Tribunals

- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ years PQE in Employment Law
