The Role
Healf was just named one of The Times’ Fastest Growing Companies 2025 — and we’re only getting started. With £40M+ in revenue and ambitious plans ahead, we’re building the UK’s leading wellness business across EAT, MOVE, MIND and SLEEP.
To keep up with our growth, we’re looking for a hands-on, high-output Talent Acquisition Lead to own UK hiring end-to-end, elevate our hiring playbook, and bring in the best talent out there. You’ll also lead our small but mighty PH-based recruiting team and have the opportunity to shape People Ops more broadly.
What you\'ll do
Run hiring from end to end – sourcing to offer to onboarding, across all UK roles
Manage our PH-based recruiter team (3 people), ensuring output and alignment
Audit and optimise our ATS (TeamTailor) to improve adoption, visibility, and speed
Implement structured interviews and scorecards to reduce bias and raise the bar
Partner with hiring managers to ensure fast, high-quality decision-making
Source creatively – outbound, referrals, events, and non-obvious talent pools
Position Healf as a destination brand for talent across wellness, tech and ops
Take ownership of contracts and onboarding to create a world-class candidate experience
Support broader People Ops work – including culture, training, and people systems
Report key hiring metrics to drive clarity and accountability
