The Role

We’re hiring a Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design of the next generation of the Healf Zone interface — a personalised wellbeing platform powered by blood test insights, AI-driven supplement recommendations, and 1:1 nutritionist support. This role will shape the core experience of our annual membership, translating complex biomarker data into intuitive, empowering interfaces across desktop and mobile. You’ll work closely with product, tech, and clinical teams to design systems that feel personal, actionable, and deeply human.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design of the Healf Zone dashboard — from research and wireframes to polished UI and interaction design

  • Translate complex biomarker data and clinical insights into clear, empowering user experiences

  • Partner with product, engineering, and clinical experts to design features that are both intuitive and technically feasible

  • Own and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across platforms

  • Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and refine solutions

  • Prototype ideas to bring concepts to life and communicate vision to stakeholders

  • Ensure everything we ship is visually crafted and deeply considered down to the pixel

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in product design, ideally working on core user-facing products in high-growth startups, healthtech, or consumer platforms

  • A strong portfolio of shipped work that demonstrates taste, craft, and smart product thinking

  • Strong skills in visual design, systems thinking, and interaction design

  • Experience designing product interfaces across web and mobile

  • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate well across functions

  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and building from 0→1

  • Self-starter mindset — someone who’s hungry to learn, explore, and bring ideas to life

  • A belief in the power of design to improve people’s health and wellbeing

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with health data or wellbeing products

  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma

  • Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML/CSS/React) to collaborate closely with developers

  • A passion for wellbeing, health optimisation, and purpose-driven tech
