Build the Future of Wellbeing. If modern wellbeing were redesigned from scratch, it wouldn’t live in a GP’s office or a cluttered supplement aisle. It would be digital-first, beautifully curated, and powered by data that actually helps you feel your best. That’s what we’re building at Healf —an ecommerce platform at the intersection of personalised health and curated wellbeing. We connect customers with the world’s most effective products across EAT MOVE MIND and SLEEP, and we’re just getting started. We combine culture-shaping storytelling, cutting-edge health tech (like our new blood testing platform, Healf Zone), and a best-in-class product experience to help people build rituals that work. Backed by investors behind Soho House, Alo Yoga, Cult Beauty, and Innocent, we’re scaling fast—and redefining how the world shops and lives well.
The Role: Healf is hiring a full-time Editorial Lead to own and deliver a bold, high-performing content engine. This person will sit at the intersection of search-optimized, best-answer-on-the-Internet content and brand-rich storytelling across email, social, and site copy. You’ll be the editorial leader responsible for scaling high-impact, high-quality content that drives traffic, conversions, and love for the premium Healf brand. This is an intense, rewarding role for someone who thrives on owning ambitious goals—and delivering real results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own Healf’s SEO & content strategy, leading the production of ~6 best-in-class articles/month, spanning SEO tentpoles, curated product roundups, and science-backed explainers. The goal is new customer conversion.
- Drive brand storytelling through email newsletters, social copy, product storytelling, and more—elevated Healf’s trusted and distinctive voice. The goal is driving incremental sales.
- Manage and scale a lean, high-performance team of freelance writers, designers, experts, and SEO.
- Coordinate across teams (growth, analytics, product, partnerships, etc.) to ensure content ladders into broader brand and performance goals.
- Use data to optimize, building off dashboards and CRO tests to continuously improve content performance, impact, and ROI.
- Meet deadlines, hit targets, and never let the bar drop.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years leading editorial teams and projects, ideally with deep experience in wellness, science-backed consumer products, and/or high-end fitness.
- Deep understanding of both SEO and storytelling, with a portfolio of traffic-driving articles and content to prove it.
- Experience managing complex content calendars, cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering on ambitious goals.
- Proven results driving measurable impact across traffic, conversions, and email growth.
- Comfortable working scrappily and at startup pace—willing to put in the hours and own the results.
- Strong judgment and taste. You’re discerning about what belongs on the internet and on brand.
- Experience with (and strong network of) best-in-class editorial freelancers.
- A love of health, wellness, and science-backed clarity.
- UK-based is a big plus, but not required.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with AI tools to streamline editorial work.
