Build the Future of Wellbeing

Do Your Life’s Best Work

If modern wellbeing were redesigned from scratch, it wouldn’t live in a GP’s office or a cluttered supplement aisle. It would be digital-first, beautifully curated, and powered by data that actually helps you feel your best.

That’s what we’re building at Healf—an ecommerce platform at the intersection of personalised health and curated wellbeing. We connect customers with the world’s most effective products across EAT MOVE MIND and SLEEP, and we’re just getting started.

We combine culture-shaping storytelling, cutting-edge health tech (like our new blood testing platform, Healf Zone), and a best-in-class product experience to help people build rituals that work.

Backed by investors behind Soho House, Alo Yoga, Cult Beauty, and Innocent, we’re scaling fast—and redefining how the world shops and lives well.

The Role

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data Engineer/ Analytics Engineer to join our dynamic team, supporting the growth of our data-driven operations in the health and wellness e-commerce sector. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, building, and optimising scalable data pipelines, ensuring high-quality, actionable data is readily available to drive decision-making.
Working with modern tools like Snowflake and dbt, you’ll build and maintain our data infrastructure and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts and stakeholders, to support reporting and insights. • Build and optimise data models using Snowflake and dbt to ensure accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across the organisation.

  • Write and optimise complex SQL queries for data transformation, reporting, and analysis.

  • Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.

  • Contribute to the ongoing development and optimisation of our ThoughtSpot BI platform, ensuring it delivers insightful and accurate analytics to teams.

  • Implement and maintain data quality checks, monitoring systems, and alerts to ensure reliable data pipelines.

  • Leverage Python to develop scripts for automation, data integration, and manipulation.

  • Manage cloud storage solutions, particularly AWS S3, for efficient handling of large datasets.

  • Stay ahead of industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve our data engineering capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in SQL, including writing and optimising complex queries.

  • Experience designing and managing ETL pipelines in a production environment.

  • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, automation, and integration tasks.

  • Hands-on experience with building and managing data pipelines and models.

  • Familiarity with data modelling, data warehousing, and modern data stack principles.

  • Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly AWS (e.g., S3, Glue).

  • An analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets and optimise workflows for performance.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data solutions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ThoughtSpot BI or similar business intelligence tools.
